Mental Health

Owning a hospitality business can be rewarding for so many reasons,  but on the flip side of that we all know it often means long hours, stressful times, not enough time with loved ones and often very rarely can you switch off.

All of these things are also a reality for your team members that work with you and for you. They also suffer from the stresses of the workplace, often long hours, AFDs, the list goes on. Probably more than most other industries, hospitality requires a special kind of person to work in it and that’s why HEFON believes that it should be an absolute must to not only look after yourselves as owners, but also have the ability to look after your teams as well. This is how we can help.

Mental Health First Aid Training

We offer three different courses on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Book or register your interest for individual course places.
